Hey there - it’s Jodie…

I’m a Brooklyn born suburbanite. A former marketer, retailer, mother and small business owner. Spent a number of years in NYC and some time in Paris and somewhere along the line became obsessed with food - where to go and how to make meals sing in your mouth. I get to the city all the time and over the years have become a resource to my friends - where to go, who to follow and what to make - so I thought it was time to share with a larger audience. I’m also an afficionado of “Sex in the City” and oft times think of myself as a 50-something Carrie Bradshaw. Newly single again with grown kids, it’s been a challenge to get back out there so some of my musings may be about the dating world.
